Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapPick (available at snappick.app and as a mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use SnapPick. SnapPick is provided by Diego García (operating as digsadev), an independent developer based in Spain. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SnapPick regarding use of the service.

2. Description of the Service

SnapPick is a free gaming companion tool that provides data-driven recommendations for Brawl Stars and Clash Royale players. It includes brawler pick suggestions, deck recommendations, card upgrade priorities, tier lists, and strategy guides. The service is provided free of charge and supported by advertising.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use SnapPick independently. If you are under 16, you may only use SnapPick with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using SnapPick, you represent that you meet this requirement or that your parent or guardian has given their consent.

4. Permitted Use

• Use SnapPick to build a competing product or service, or to extract, scrape, or republish our recommendation data or content without written permission.
• Access SnapPick through automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers) at a rate that would degrade service quality for other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the scoring engine, API, or any part of the service infrastructure.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or Supercell's own Terms of Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The SnapPick name, logo, source code, scoring engine, and original written content are the property of Diego García / digsadev. Brawl Stars, Clash Royale, and all related trademarks are the property of Supercell Oy. SnapPick is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Supercell. Game statistics from the Supercell API are used in accordance with Supercell's Fan Content Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SnapPick is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will result in in-game wins. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or API outages.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diego García / digsadev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SnapPick. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, as the service is free, is zero).

8. Third-Party Services

SnapPick integrates with the Supercell API, BrawlAPI, Google AdSense, and Google Analytics. Your use of SnapPick may result in data being processed by these third parties according to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue SnapPick at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
